What types of events can be hosted at Del Real Party Place?

We host a wide variety of events including birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, quinceañeras, weddings, graduations, corporate events, holiday parties, and more. If you’re celebrating something, we have a space for you.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

Capacity depends on the space you choose. Each suite has its own maximum occupancy.

Suite #1 holds a maximum of 160 guests, while Suite #2 and Suite #3 both hold a capacity of 80 guests each. Please contact us for exact counts and recommendations based on your event. 

What is included with the rental?

Your rental includes: 

  • Tables and chairs

  • Access to restrooms that also include changing tables for families and body length mirrors

  • Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and small sink

  • Designated event time (including setup and cleanup within your rental window)

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes. An incidental security deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is separate from your rental fee and does not apply toward the total event cost. 

 

The incidental deposit is refundable after your event as long as the suite is left in good condition and all cleaning policies are followed. Any damages, excessive mess, or policy violations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.

Can I see the suites before I book?

Absolutely! We’re happy to offer tours so you can see the space and make sure it’s the perfect fit for your event. Tours are available by appointment only and can be scheduled by contacting us via email (delrealparties@gmail.com) or submitting a request through our website. We look forward to showing you around!
